Arunachal: Tashi inaugurates health sub-centres at Kharteng and Mangnam

MLA Lungla Jambey Tashi inaugurated two health sub-centres one at Kharteng village and the other one at Mangnam village under Lungla Sub division. The DMO Tawang Dr. Wangdi Lama other Officers/officials, public leaders and villagers from Lungla Sub division were also present.
MLA Jambey Tashi, appealed the general public to maintain personal hygiene, and to keep away from tobacco, alcohol and other intoxications. He made special request to the village heads and leaders to educate the expecting mothers to go for institutional birth and avail the health benefits under various govt schemes.
Children are our future and we must ensure healthy and disease free future by immunizing our children, no child should be left without immunization and every mother should get maximum care and health checkups during and after child birth said the MLA.
Tashi also asked the villagers to get enrolled for Chief Ministers Arogya Arunachal scheme and appealed the educated youths to help the villagers in getting registration for this. He further informed that two more Health sub centres, for Muktur and Blet-teng village are also in pipeline.
