Arunachal: AMSU demand arrest of culprit behind murder of Late Taba Oyum

The All Mengio Students’ Union (AMSU) has today demanded thorough enquiry and expedite the investigation of suspected killing of Lt Taba Oyum of Naharlagun.
In a memorandum to the Capital SP, the AMSU allege that the dead body of Late Oyum, w/o Taba Payo, a permanent resident of village Kullung, Mengio, was found from a car near TRIHMS on 22 May. She was a a resident near back side of RG Stadium, Naharlagun.
AMSU further demanded arrest of culprit behind the heinous crime who are still at large, and called for justice to victim and family members.
It further strongly urged SP to direct the investigating agency to expedite the process of investigation and arrest the culprit
However, Naharlaugn police station sources informed that a murder case has already been registered vide Case No-89/19 u/s-302 and matter is under investigation.
