Banderdewa-  A Mini marathon  ‘Run for Unity’ to celebrate National unity day was organized at PTC Banderdewa in connection with celebration of  the Birth anniversary of Sardar  Vallabhai Patel, the first Union Home Minister of Govt. of India. In this occasion, the staff of Police Training Centre, Banderdewa and family members took part to spread the message ‘Run for Unity’. Principal PTC in his short speech highlighted the contribution of Sardar Vallabhai Patel for his tireless efforts for the unity of country as a first Union Home Minister of Union Cabinet and as an administration.

Itanagar- capital Police today carried out procession and unity march on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) from Capital SP Office, to IG Park. Addressing the police personnel, CRPF, IRBn and APPBn DIG (West) Isaac Pertin while remembering the Iron Man of India ‘Shardar Patel’  he said that the main motto of celebrating this day is to create unity and integrity among us and inculcate for a nationalism and patriotism while delivering our services for the motherland. Capital SP M Harsha Vardhan in his address said that our objective is our goal and we should be very honest with sincerity  in our commitment in carrying our duty for the security of people and mother land. The people expectation should always there for more and we will try our best in providing better security to the people of capital city.
