More than 100 flagship programme for the welfare of economically backward and villager as well as farmers by the Prime Minister which need to be implemented and the workers need take the advantage of those schemes which would help one all, said Minister (AH, Vety, DD and Art & Culture) Dr. Mohesh Chai.
Dr. Chai was addressing the huge gathering of the workers community as chief guest at Tezu on Saturday. He said that it is a great occasion that the thousand of labour and workers from different parts of state and its central leaders of the workers union are discussing various labour rights here.
He said that all schemes including SADA, MLADF, departmental scheme, NEC schemes and all are uploaded in the website and the state government led by Pema Khandu is maintaining transparency and accountability.
Dr. Chai said that the’ ‘team Arunachal’ and ‘Arunachal Rising’ would only be possible if the coordinated effort by one and all is extended which would led Arunachal as one of the best developing state of the country.
He said that the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister or Minister Incharge Labour was supposed to be here to deliver their view but they are busy in two assembly constituency election which is going to poll shortly.
He said that the slogan ‘desh ke hit me karenge kaam aur har kaam ka lenge pure daam’ and ‘ Arunachal ke hit me karenge kaam aur har kaam ke hit me lenge pure dam’ is not a demand but a right, it would not be possible these days as bye-election in two assembly constituency is underway due to model code of conduct.
He said that works would only be completed if the work culture is developed among all the workers community, but these days it have been observed that some of the workers community do not work but only to draw salary in some places and appeal all the shoulder their responsibility for the development of state.
Referring to the memorandums Dr. Chai said that he as a representative of the government will disuses with the Chief Minister and will raised the issue in the cabinet meeting.
For skill development to the workers community Dr. Chai said that skill development for the workers is really needed in time to come with updating of the technology. He elaborated several state flagship schemes where the incentives have been increased to many fold like old age pension yojna, Dulari Kanya yojna, dibyang pension yojna, Vidya yojna.
He further appeal the workers to developed work culture and unite among all for the development of infrastructure of state.
Guest of Honour BMS National General Secretary BMS (New Delhi) Vrijesh Upadhuay in his address said that any economic development depend on labour and workers. The importance of the workers are known to world over. All have some issue and all these issue does not have come all off a sudden which need to be resolved. He said that demand for employment is increasing but opportunity is as it is so we need to take a turn for self employment including skill employment and others as our demand is continuing and remaining more these days.
He appeal the workers community to discuss the demands at the proper platform by way of all united effort with the government and said that there is a solution of all problem.
State BJP President Tapir Gao while said that the people of country sleep well as the army are guarding the frontier but we get everything in right way with all services due to the workers and labourers sincerely, dedication and hard work.
Referring to 105 various schemes launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi are for the workers community and poor people and these schemes need to be availed.
Gao while reminding all infrastructure created by the workers and should shoulder their responsibility with sincerity and dedication.
Refereeing the refugee as an international issue and said we have been facing the menace today it was due to delink and connectivity problem. Gao said.
Referring to bandh culture not good for development and is a hindrance and affect the day to day life of the people in capital complex and appeal that there are lots of other means to protest inspite of calling bandh. Gao said.
