Arunachal: ITBP organised educational tour for 30 students
ITBP organised educational and excursion tour to Shillong for thirty students along with two teachers .

Altogether thirty students (15 boys & 15 girls) along with two teachers lead by Assistant Commandant 31st Bn ITBP Dilip Kumar Shan will set off tonight for educational and excursion tour to Shillong.
The educational and excursion tour organised by 31 Bn ITBP under Civic Action Programme (CAP) from December 3 to 8 flagged off today here at ITBP Campus, Yupia by Commandant 31st Bn ITBP L T Suanthang.
While addressing to students Commandant Suanthang urged them to make most out of the excursion and gain knowledge about the culture, traditions habits and explore other places of Meghalaya. Briefing more about the itinerary, he asked the students to maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary interaction with strangers during tour.
He apprised that the tour under CAP is meant to motivate the youth and to maintain strong bonding between Security Forces and the people of state.
“The initiative is to boost confidence building measure, seek & increase cooperation between force and people to work together for the development and welfare of society”, Commandant Suanthang added.
The participant students from Govt Higher Secondary School Doimukh and Govt Middle School Tigdo will be accompanied by Tana Tokur and Tana Yakar (teachers) during the tour. Among others Deputy Commandant Yangar Toshi, Asst Comdt Nazudding Khan, Asst Comdt Konark Kunal and ITBP personnel were present during the flag off programme.
