Arunachal: NDRF team conducts Mock drill in Tawang

The 12th battalion of National disaster rescue force (NDRF) team led by Inspector Manish Kr.Chaudhury, presented a mock drill in presence of huge gathering of officers and officials in the premises of DC office Tawang.
The NDRF team in their mock drill showed how to rescue a victim from a collapsed house due to earthquake and rescue from a high building in case of fire or other emergency, the presentation ended with lifting techniques of an unconscious victim.
DC Tawang Sang Phuntsok appreciated the NDRF team for their efforts and asked the gathering to learn the necessary information from the mock drill being presented.
District disaster management officer DDMO Tsangpa Tashi accorded welcome to all in this mock drill and informed that this NDRF team has till so far presented the mock drills in interior Thingbu circle Hqrtrs during 15th Sarkar aapke dwar, at Seru and Kitpi secondary school and will be showing mock drills in Hr sec school and Town Sec school tomorrow.
