Arunachal: Mini Tribal Food Mela held in Tawang
Traditional Monpa food specially made of locally grown organic grains and vegetables were main attraction of the Mini tribal food mela besides Balbhog Khichdi and laddu prepared by the supervisors of WCD dept Tawang.

In continuation of the programmes under Rashtriya Poshan Maah (National nutrition month) the Anganwadi workers and CDPO staff Tawang organized a Mini Tribal Food Mela in the office premises of CDPO Tawang.
Lobsang Tsering, Addl. DC Tawang as chief guest, along with other senior officers were invited in the mela. Mrs Dondup Pema CDPO Tawang explained about aims and objectives of the Mela and appreciated the hard works and dedication of Anganwadi workers and supervisory staffs of WCD dept Tawang.

Lobsang Tsering Addl. DC Tawang congratulated all the participants of mini tribal food mela and felicitated the participants with fruit basket and khada for putting their efforts in making this food mela and entire Rashtriya Poshan maah succesfull.
PD DRDA Lobsang Tsetan, DMO Dr. Wangdi lama, EAC Dochora lama, CO Mrs Dechin Doka and all the other officers and officials lauded the team work and efforts of WCD dept Tawang.
