Arunachal: Farmers Felicitation Centre opened at Yupia
Farmer’s Facilitation Centre was opened at the Office of the Deputy Director Agriculture, Yupia.

In a bid to improve the co-ordination between department of Agriculture and farmers of the district a Farmer’s Facilitation Centre was officially opened by the Deputy Commissioner, Papum Pare District Dr. Joram Beda, IAS, on 6th Nov’ 2018 last at the Office of the Deputy Director Agriculture, Papum Pare District, Yupia in the presence of Agriculture Development Officers, Horticulture Development Officers and progressive farmers of Papum Pare District.
While opening the Farmers Facilitation Centre Dr. Joram Beda, IAS Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare District lauded the Department of Agriculture for such initiative and suggested that the Farmer’s Facilitation Centre ( FFC) be made the hub for all Agriculture and allied activities and to encouraged the farmers to frequently visit the farmer’s Facilitation Centre (FFC) for any kind of Agriculture related enquires and to avail all types of seeds, fertilisers, Plant Protection chemicals, Organic manures etc. at subsidised rate.
The Farmer’s Facilitation Centre will also facilitate the Farmers Producers Organisation (FPO) in collaboration with Department of Agriculture to conduct training and awareness program for farmers of the district.
