Arunachal Elections: JDU issued party ticket to 8 candidates while JDS to 7 in its second list

Sitting MLA Techi Kaso from 13 Itanagar assembly constituency gets ticket from JDU.

in the run of the assembly election both Janata Dal (United) and Janata Dal (Secular)  announced and release its second list of candidates for the ensuing assembly election 2019.

Informing the announcement of the candidates JD(U) state convener Ruhi Tagung said that on the recommendation of state selection committee (SSC) of the Arunachal Pradesh state unit of Janata Dal (United) the following second list of candidates were announced and released on  Thursday at its temporary  office here at Abo Tani in presence of the other executive members.

Tagung said that two sitting MLA from Itanagar and Daporijo have joined the party and have given away with the party ticket.

The following eight candidates have been given party ticket sitting MLA Techi Kaso from 13 Itanagar assembly constituency, sitting MLA Dikto Yekar from 24 Daporijo, former NESO leader Gumjum Haider from 26 Daporijo, former BJP leader Padmeshwari Jamoh from 48 Lekang, former AAPSU President Byabang Taj from 18 Palin, former DDSE Dorjee Wangdi Karma from 5 Kalaktang, former APYC president Jikke Tako from 20 Tali and Ngonglin Boi from 54 Namsang assembly constituency respectively.

Janata Dal (Secular ) state Unit President Rokom Apang in a press release said that the party have released the second list of candidate where seven candidate have been given party ticket.

The prominent figures are social worker Jarjum Ete for MP from 1 Arunachal West parliament constituency while former Balijan ZPM Takum Kabak for 25 Raga (ST) assembly constituency, Dorjee Khandu Tsarchokpa from 4 Dirang, Debia Tara from 16 Yachuli, Chaphung Wangsu from 57 Borduria-Bogapani, Gotem Tayeng from 42 Dambuk and Taba Thomas from 13 Itanagar.

However JDS in its first list have announced its 12 nos of party tickets of which one Bandey Mili have been nominated for MP ticket from  2 Arunachal East Parliamentary constituency.

The JDU in its first list have issued party tickets to five candidates and till date the party have issued a total 13 party tickets to its candidates and JDS have so far issued party ticket to 19 candidates including two for Arunachal West and Arunachal East parliamentary constituency.
