in a dramatic political development several sitting MLA who did not figure in the party ticket list of the saffron BJP have shifted their loyalty to contest the ensuing assembly election from their respective assembly constituency.
NPP Vice President and Spokesperson Nima Sange Saling inform this Arunachal24 that the sitting MLA from 21 Koloriang (ST) assembly constituency under Kurung Kumey district Pani Taram, Paknga Bage of 26 Dumporijo (ST) assembly constituency in Upper Subansiri district and Thangwang Wangham of 59 Longding-Pumao(ST) assembly constituency of Longding district have joined the party in presence of state President Gicho Kabak and several state unit office bearers at the state officer here at H Sector today.
Sange further inform that several top ranking political leaders and elected leaders of state are also expected to join the party tomorrow. The party would be fielding a good numbers of candidates for the simultaneous election. He said.
NPP, National President and Megalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma is arriving state and the final tally would be announced on the occasion. Sange added.
