Arunachal: DPGC Celebrates Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas-2023
The talk, organized by IQAC Coordinator Nyaglen Gadi, was graced by Principal Dr. Gindu Borang and Gomin Ete, Assistant Professor (Economics) as the speakers.
KAMKI- The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), of Donyi-Polo Govt. College (DPGC), Kamki today joined the nation in celebrating Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas to commemorate the 148th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the great tribal martyr from Jharkhand and to remember the contributions of tribal freedom fighters across the nation in the freedom movement by organizing a special talk.
The talk, organized by IQAC Coordinator Nyaglen Gadi, was graced by Principal Dr. Gindu Borang and Gomin Ete, Assistant Professor (Economics) as the speakers.

Dr. Gindu Borang in his talk highlighted the invaluable sacrifices made by tribal heroes of the nation with special reference to Bhagwan Birsa Munda, who fought against colonialism and advised students to participate in activities that emphasize and encourage national integrality and brotherhood.
Gomin Ete, in his talk, underlined the significance of Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas which serves to acknowledge the rich history and cultural heritage of tribal communities across the nation.

The talk was attended by Vice-Principal Dr. Gomo Karbak along with 54 students of B.A. III semester Geography Honours who wore traditional attires to express pride in tribal heritage and to promote the tribal values of bravery, hospitality and integrity.
