In an unprecedented move, that may change political equations of 16th Yachuli Assembly Constituency, Taba Tedir, Chief Engineer, UD & Housing, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, resigned and formally joined the ruling BJP.
Welcoming Tedir to the party fold, BJP Mandal President Licha Teni expressed his satisfaction to welcome a former state level senior officer with vast experience in administration and policy making.
He hoped that joining of Tedir will benefit and further strengthen the party in the district and the state and express his desire to work with an honest and humble person like him.
Doni Nich highlighted that the BJP is a party with difference and it welcomes individuals with impeccable integrity and blemish free career even in public services.
It is to mentioned that Tedir is the first person from Yachuli area of Trans Arunachal Highway (TAH) beneficiary who come up and surrender the land compensation to the tune of 3.25 crore of his property of Billo Village to the government recently.
