The Indian Army’s Spearhead Division organised yoga sessions in Menchuka and Manigong to promote physical fitness, mental wellness and holistic living ahead of International Yoga Day.

MENCHUKA / MANIGONG- As part of preparations for the 12th International Yoga Day, the Indian Army’s Spearhead Division under the aegis of SpearCorps organised yoga sessions in Menchuka and Manigong areas of Arunachal Pradesh on May 22.

Held amidst the scenic landscapes of the region, the sessions focused on promoting wellness, mindfulness and holistic living among participants. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from attendees who took part in various yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques aimed at improving physical and mental well-being.

According to organisers, the initiative was intended to encourage awareness about the benefits of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, emotional balance and mental resilience.
