Yeshe Dorjee Thongchi receives Padma Shri

President Ram Nath Kovind presented Padma awards to 73 individuals on Monday, including the Padma Shri — to Yeshe Dorjee Thongchi,  in a ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
