RKMMS Distributes OIL Palm Seedlings to Beneficiaries

R.K. Mossang Memorial Society had selected 15 nos. of progressive farmers for cultivation of Oil Palm in Nampong, Jairampur and Manmao blocks of Changlang District. On behalf of the Agriculture Department, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
Workshop in collaboration with the Agriculture Development Officer, Mrs. Jongsip Tikhak, Nampong was organized by R.K. Mossang Memorial Society where the beneficiaries were made well aware about the agro-technology and its economy. On the day of workshop it was decided that the planting would be completed by the first week of July ’2016. After clearance of jungle and making the land ready for cultivation (1 hectare each) 15 nos. of beneficiaries have received oil palm seedlings.
