National Sports Day: Awareness Rally in Itanagar
Hundreds of youth participated in a awareness rally organized in Itanagar by the Department of sports on the occasion of National Sports Day .

Along with the entire country, today National Sports Day is being celebrated in Arunachal Pradesh also . On this occasion, Sports an youth affairs Minister for Mama Natung flagged off an awareness rally at Civil secretariat on this morning .
The National Sports Day rally program was organized by the Department of sports government of Arunachal Pradesh. Hundreds of youth participated in this rally and the rally was culminated at Sangey Ladhin Sports Academy , Itanagar.
On this occasion, Minister Natung greeted the people on the occasion of Sports Day. He said that the youth of the state are doing well at the State national and International level in many sports including football, martial arts, badminton, weightlifting etc. and we government always encouraging and supporting our youths.
He advised people particularly youths to join sports and exercise to keep themselves fit and healthy. The government of India has launched lots of schemes for the sports and our youth to adopt sports as per their interest and to get good training by taking advantage of the Games and Sports schemes of Indian government.
On the occasion Dani Salu Secretary sports and youth Affairs , Sports Director Tadar Appa and many other officers also participated.
