Lieutenant Palvinder Singh receives Appreciation Award
Lieutenant Palvinder, is the first ANO, of the state of Arunachal Pradesh, to get this award.

Lieutenant Palvinder Singh who is presently working at R. G. Government Polytechnic, Itanagar under 1 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion National Cadet Corps (Army) received ‘Appreciation Award’ from. Tathagatha Roy, Governor of Meghalaya at Darbar Hall Governor House, Shillong, Meghalaya, today for his dedicated service and for being the best ANO of the State Arunachal Pradesh.
He was felicitated on the occasion of NCC day in the presence of Major General Bipin Bakshi, VSM, and Additional Director General of NCC.
Lieutenant Palvinder, is the first ANO, of the state of Arunachal Pradesh, to get this award.
Earlier Palvinder Singh, had received Best ANO Award for outstanding contribution in NCC , during the 1st State level Head of School conference which was held from 23rd to 25 September 2019 , at Dorjee Khandu Auditorium.
