The commuters and denizens of twin capital city of state pray almighty rain god to go away and come again in next year so that the executing agency who is constructing the National Highway  (NH-415) may be able to construct the road comfortably and we get a smooth drive.

Several commuters who are travelling by two wheelers getting  their clothes muddy due muddy condition of the highway. However some time they avoid NH-415 and  divert their journey through Jully road and vice versa in between Itanagar-Naharlagun and have to waste precious time and have to bear with lots of pain during such journey in capital complex due to pathetic condition of under construction National Highway-415.

One PHD scholar who was traveling in two wheeler said that there are a ray of hope that the chief Minister have appointed a high level officer who will monitor day to day work and progress of the under construction of NH-415.

A lady who driving her car daily from Naharlagun to Itanagar to go her office informed that, to avoid the  traffic jam she start her journey around 8 am every day otherwise she delayed in reaching office.

I also pray rain god every day before leaving for office that “ Rain god go away’ come in another year, so tat the construction company may complete the construction work of this road

An educated youth said that earlier the capital district administration was so busy in affairs of city road but the present administration sound is not heard and it may be a reason that the construction work is too slow and is at a snail pace.

Toli Basar,  Chief Engineer, Highway inform that the construction from Chandannagar-Papu Nallah by TK Construction company is in progress, It is being monitored by Chief Minister office (CMO), Commissioner and Highway department. We have been reviewing the work progress monthly basis.
