Itanagar: 5 APCS officers transferred
The state administration on Friday ordered transfer and posting of 5 APCS (Admin. Grade) Officers with immediate effect in the interest of public service.

The state administration on Friday ordered transfer and posting of 5 APCS (Admin. Grade) Officers with immediate effect in the interest of public service. The official order was issued by Chief Secretary, Naresh Kumar on August 23.
Bijoy Talukdar, APCS (Admin. Grade) has been relieved of the responsibility of ADC Namsai and has given the charge of DC Namsai. While, the present DC of Namsai, Tapasya Raghav has been directed to report to CS for further posting.
Kanto Danggen, APCS (Sr. Admin. Grade) has been given the charge of DC Upper Subansiri against vacant post and he has been relieved of the responsibility of Director of Disaster Management & Tourism.
Pige Ligu, APCS (Admin. Grade) has been made the DC of Papum Pare against vacant post. Prior to this responsibility, he was the Joint Secretary of (Transport/CA), Civil Secretariat, Itanagar.
Taper Pada, APCS (Admin. Grade) has been relieved of the responsibility of ADC Singchung, West Kameng district and has given the charge of DC Upper Siang District, Yingkiong. He will replace Karma Leki, APCS (Admin. Grade) who has been directed to report to CS for further posting.
Kento Riba, APCS (Admin. Grade) will replace S K Rai, IAS for the post of DC Kurung Kumey. Prior to this appointment, he was the ADC of Nyapin, Kurung Kumey district. While, S K Rai has been directed to report CS for further posting.
