Two suspected be main accused persons, Techi Santa and Tarh Kasa involved in arson and looting of Takar Complex on 23rd Feb & 24th Feb 2019 have been arrested on 14 & 15 April 2019 by Capital police led by SDPO Naharlagun R Kamsi, OC Naharlagun PS, Insp M Geyi, IO SI L Buni under supervision of SP T Amo.
According to police the accused are seen actively leading the mob in the CCTV video footage/photographs.
Earlier, SP Amo & his party had also nabbed 6 youths on February 27 and recovered various shoes and clothes looted from Takar Complex and 1 Telescope looted from G Extension Arms shop leading to arrests of more persons & recovery of many looted arms & ammunition from them.
