CM Pema Khandu attends Funeral of Ngurang Pinch

Chief Minister Pema Khandu today attended the funeral service of former MLA, Ngurang Pinch who passed away on Saturday.
Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, MoS Home Kiren Rijiju and State BJP President Tapir Gao also attended the service held here at his private residence.
The Chief Minister offered floral tribute to Ngurang’s body as relatives, well-wishers and friends thronged the residence to pay their last respect. He also met the family members and offered his condolences.
Khandu in his address described Ngurang as contented, visionary and a good father.
“As an father he was a very happy man. He was happy about his children excelling well in their chosen profession and in academic field.”
The Chief Minister recalled his exchanges with Ngurang as Chairman of Arunachal Pradesh Agriculture Marketing Board and said that, “he was always keen to take forward the board and was eager to contribute for the development of the state.”
“But unfortunate incident has befallen the family with his untimely departure at a very young age; a reality, which his family members have to live with,” said Khandu.
The Chief Minister assured the gathering and the family members that the state government will carry forward all the visions and plans of Ngurang, which he had for the marketing board.
