Diyum (Changlang )
A body of a man was found floating in pond on Sunday inside the campus of 2nd IRBn headquarter in Changlang district.
2nd IRBn Commandant Ankit Kumar Singh inform that the body of the IRBn personnel was found floating in the pond just adjacent to the headquarter of the 2nd IRBn campus at Diyum under Changlang distract on Sunday morning. It was a small pond but deep one.
The deceased was identified as Sange Khandu Sinjanji, constable, aged around 32 years and a permanent resident of Rupa in West Kameng district.
The body was retrieved and inquest was done in presence of the Magistrate. After registering a case of unnatural death at Diyum police station the body was send for post mortem.
The post mortem was also conducted by a board of three members of doctors. Singh said.
How the incident takes place and we are determining that how he ended up in the pond or any foul play is there or he fell into the pond is a matter of investigation which is going on. Commandant added.
