50 beneficiaries gets free LPG connection in “Sarkar Apke Dwar” held at Lenka Village in Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh .

Papum Pare District administration conducted ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’– Govt at your doorstep at Lenka village under Balijan Sub-Division today on 27th Sept’2018.
The camp was inaugurated by the Gaon Bura, Diphu village T.Kaya, in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare Dr. Joram Beda, IAS, all heads of department, admin officers and general public.
Approximately 1700 villagers visited the camp to avail various services from Lenka, Tengabari, Mob, Gai, Diphu, Lower Tubung, Upper Tubung, Balijan, hq, Balijan Karbhi and Balijan Nishi.
Sarkar Apke Dwar is continuous programme of the Govt to reach out to common man in one platform. During the programme the fishery department distributed fingerlings to 10 progressive. Under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMVVY) ten mothers were distributed demi cheques of Rs.1000 and Rs.2000 by Deputy Director ICDS Smt. Dani Yami and her team besides that IEC materials on National Social Assistance programme(NSAP), protection of children from sexual abuse, Beti Bachao Beti Padao, Sexual Harassment of women at working place Act 2013, protection of women from domestic violence Act 2005 and scheme for adolescent girls were also distributed for awareness. 05 new PMMVY registered and 06 PMMVY DBT and CM Disability Pension 20 under ICDS.
District Food and Civil Supplies deptt under DF &CSO Honik Bayang gave away Free LPG connections to 50 beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY). In addition, the department issued smart ration cards to 25 beneficiaries and 01 Point of Sale (POS) device to Ms Tem Pika to launch PoS for Fair Price Shop. The Education Department also distributed free text books 10, and uniforms 20 and counseling materials to children on the spot.
Horticulture departments registered 80 Nos of farmers in HortNet and tools and implements were sold to farmers on subsidized rate. Agriculture Department also issued soil health card to 25 farmers, Manual sprayer to 3 Nos, weedicides 65 nos , farm equipments 30 and organic fertilizers 30 on the spot besides these inputs, pesticides, tools and implements, bio fertilizers, seeds were also distributed. Veterinary department also conducted on the spot check up of 20 domestic animals, vaccinated 10 and awareness were given on livestock insurance. DRDA under PD,DRDA Shri M. Loyi handed over Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) house key to 8 beneficiaries, 10 job cards issued, and 2 works completed under MNREGA inaugurated.
PHE & WS, Yupia department also distributed dustbins 05 to Gaon Buras under Swachch Bharat Mission, new water connections 20 and Power deptt issued application for 22 new electricity connections.Under Lead Bank 20 Nos each new bank account opened today under SBI and APRB.
As usual the counter of health department sees overwhelming response from the public, altogether 153 people registered and screened under Non Communicable Disease (NCD) for lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension and cardiovascular disease along with ECG facilities and BMI, blood Hemoglobin and grouping facility, eye screening test. Under National Health Mission and National Vector Born Diseases Control programme IEC, awareness on prevention of Malaria, Dengue and Spot Blood Slide collection, awareness on family planning and IDCF were also conducted by free distribution of ORS, Albendazole, tablets, condoms, pregnancy test kits, IEC materials. District Medical Officer Dr (Mrs) Subu Tasso Kampu alongwith her team of health department sensitised public on benefits of on full incentivization and Dulari Kanya Scheme. Besides this Health Department also conducted vision check up of 119 cases and 80 fitness certificate issued for Driving License . Under CMAAY 50 forms were issued and 10 certificates were generated.
APEDA Department also distributed solar items including 800 bulbs and 6 fans under Ujjala Scheme , Economic and Statistics department enrolled 100 Nos of Adhaar card enrolled and 10 birth certificates issued. The Election Branch DC cum DEO office Yupia also conducted demonstration and awareness on EVM and VVPAT, claims and objections to the draft E-roll publication 50 Nos, 20 officers trained by ERO and conducted 50 demonstrations on EVM and VVPAT.
Under Labour and Employment department registered beneficiaries were distributed 06 solar lamp, 20 mosquito nets and 20 rain coats and 50 new beneficiaries registered, Traffic training cell-30, Bunkar Yojana 05 processed, RSETI accepted 50 application, PMGSY awareness -30 and awareness on state flagship programme( Swalamban, Krishi Rin Yojana, Bunkar Yojana)-200.
ADC Balijan Shri Tasso Gambo and His team issued ST 50, PRC 45, Temporary ILP 10, ILP 40, trading license (new) 10 and 20 nos renewed, Temporary PRC 20, income certificate 50, signing of affidavits 40, public grievances 20 and total forms issued 200.
EAC Judicial cum DTO Papum Pare Smti Kapter Ringu issued 100 nos of learners and 01 vehicle ownership transfer and Land Management Department also issued 50 nOs of applications of LPC. 03 Arm licencse renewal updated in NDAL, 10 gift deed registration and 10 marriage certificates application issued by Judicial Branch, Yupia. During the programme Disaster Management department also issued relief cheque of Rs,95,100 against fire accident victim, Tax and Excise Department gave awareness on GST and registered 03 Shop owners and 02 TDS, Department of Industries registered 10 offline registeration of Udyog Adhaar.
During the programme 12Bn NDRF also demonstrated on the procedures or relief and rescue operations in the event of any disaster. The election branch organized awareness classes on how to use the National Voters’ Services Portal (NVSP) and also demonstrated EVM and VVPAT to the general public.

More than 30 departments participated in the Sarkar Apke Dwar and received huge participation from the public.
