Arunachal:  ANSU observed 36 foundation day

All Nyishi Students Union (ANSU) observed 36 foundation day in befitting manner at its headquarter at Talang Hira Memorial complex here at E Sector today.

Addressing the gathering ANSU President Toko Takam said that our team is committed to stand with the interest of Nyishi community in every context in focusing in education sector of the community in close radius.  There are so many problems in education sector faced by the students and are trying their level best to resolve.

He said that there are acute shortage of subject teachers in many schools of state as well as Nyishi dominated area. On active persuasion and submission of several memorandum and representation the state government on October 2nd 2017 has agreed and considered the demand and approved 1309 teaching staffs and non teaching staffs under education department which shall be posted to various schools of Nyishi inhabitant area from coming academic session.

The revenge system and fine system is being discarded and the student organisation is pursuing the evil practice to be criticized by all. Takam appeal all students leaders, political leaders, social workers and all stakeholders to come forward to support and give a good lesion to the society for peace and tranquillity and love among all.

General Secretary Tukbom Ligu while welcoming the guest, executive members, formers leaders and social workers on the occasion said that it is the need of the hour to get united ourselves and work for the development of society and specially education scenario of the state.

Earlier the ANSU leaders paid homage to the departed leaders of ANSU who have laid their life for the cause of the Nyishi community since its inception.

The dignitaries also take part in tree plantation to mark the day.

The final match of the volleyball was also played between All Paling Chambang, Yangte, Gangte, and Tarak Langdi Students Union (APCYGTLSU) and All Tali Area Students Union  (ATASU)which was won by ATASU went away with cash prize of Twenty thousand with trophy and certificate and medals.

All senior leaders and former leaders of  ANSU and branch organisation and others were felicitated on the occasion.
