Arunachal: 35 teachers awarded with state teachers award-2019

Thirty Five teachers from various parts of Arunachal Pradesh today awarded with state teachers award-2019 here at Dorjee Khandu state convention centre on the occasion of teachers day-2019 for their hard work, sincerity and dedication towards development and promotion of education scenario in state.
This time contractual teachers, KV teachers, VKV and recognised private school teachers were also considered including five female recommended and received the award today.
Addressing the function as chief guest Minister for PHED & Water Supply and DOTCL Wangki Lowang said that the teachers are the pillar of the education and society. Without “Guru” nothing is possible for a grand success though mother is the first teacher and then father and later are the teachers who give the real education and by which children learn to get the education and knowledge.
Education is the basis of development of human resource and human resource is the man’s backbone of development of society and progress of the nation.
While appreciating the hard work, sincerity, dedication and contribution of the teachers , exhorted them to rededicate themselves to make better educational scenario in the state.
He also appeal the students community to respect teachers and love the parents so that the relationship between the children with parents, students with teachers remain intact.
Pasighat MLA Kaling Moyong attended the award giving ceremony as Guest of honour.
Secretary (Education Dr Madhu Rani Teotia, Director Secondary Education Ganya Leiz, Director Elementary Education principals, headmasters and senior teachers and teaching facility of various schools of capital complex among other were present on the occasion.
Various cultural activities and motivational numbers were performed by students of VKV Vivek Vihar, Govt Secondary School P Sector, Govt. HSS Arunodaya and others which mesmerized the audience on the occasion.
