The Indian Army has conducted an operation against Naga militants along the India-Myanmar border.
“The Indian Army targeted hideouts and camps of Naga terror outfit NSCN (K) on the India-Myanmar border. In a series of tweets, the Army’s eastern command confirmed that the firefight occurred along the border today at around 4:45 am. Indian security forces suffered no casualties while inflicting heavy losses to the NSCN (K) cadre,” the army said in a statement.

The Eastern Command of the Indian Army in a tweet confirmed that heavy casualties have been inflicted on NSCN (K) cadre. The tweet also said that no casualties were suffered by Indian security forces.
