Our Government will not allow any organisation or Student unions to take law into their hands, said Arunachal Pradesh Govt spokes persons Bamang Felix in a press conference today.

” We have administration – system in place to deal with such unscrupulous activities. Digging a non issue and making it an issue is not acceptable and the government is duty bound to take appropriate action, Felix added.

What had happened in West Kameng District is unfortunate and highly condemnable. Appropriate directions have been issued and people or organization disturbing in the peace and tranquillity of the state will be dealt with iron hands, said Mr Felix .

He said that “Grievances of any group or organisation shall be resolved through available democratic means for which this Government is always ready”.

Taking Law and order into the hands shall be dealt with strictly as per law, said Mr Felix.

It must be mention here that Capital police has  arrested  SUMAA general secretary, Suraj Ligu and convenor Tarh Rikam  after receiving multiple complaints of extortion from traders of Bomdila. They are in 12 days Judicial custody.
