Rebia appeal the students to be sincere, dedicated, hardworking with commitment to become a good citizen

Nabam Rebia, Minister Urban Development, Land Management, Town Planning etc appeal the students community to be sincere, dedicated, hardworking with commitment to become a good citizen while addressing the students community of Doimukh Government Collage.

Rebia said time have changed and the first student have to concentrate and devote in study with co-curricular activities to that academic career is completed and the first and foremost duty and responsibility should be to serve the society with a commitment.

The youth period is a golden period and said that if this period is being wasted which would never come back in entire life and fortune could never become bright and remain in dark because education play a major role in moulding the society. One should take the education as a challenge and attachment with book should be maintained. The basic foundation of the education  system need to be upheld in once life so that it is utilised even if in government job or any walk of life and requested not to depend on other members of family so that dependency and burden to other member of family is avoided and requested the students to do their personal works themselves.

Responding to the memorandum submitted by the students community Rebia assured to take up all matters of infrastructure in phase manner, while assured to provide fund for  construction of parking shed soon  while take up the matter with education department for providing of additional College Bus and opening of NCC Unit in the college.

He also inspected the various ongoing projects which are being carried out by the Education department like Approach road, Boundary wall, Retaining wall, Bachelor Barrack, teachers quarter,

Principal NT Rikam, Doimukh Government College Students Union General Secretary Ngangram Pamko, Social service Secretary Chera Chama, Assistant Social Service Secretary Taring Hassing and faculty Tai Tugung also spoke on the occasion. ZPM Doimukh Tana Yayu and other local officer of the area were also present.

Earlier students took active part in the mass social service in the college campus which was also participated by the faculty members.
