Pema Khandu challenges to give development to PakkeKessang within a year or else do not cast vote to BJP

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today challenge the voters of Pakke-Kessang assembly constituency to provide development within a year or he will not come to ask or campaign for BJP and do not cast vote to BJP in 2019.

Khandu and his team today made two election campaign rally one at Seijosa and another at Likabali.

Addressing the election campaign rally at Seijusa, Khandu said that two assembly is going to poll within a week and our team have come to guide the people of the area.

BJP government in last one year is working for the development of the state. A dirty politic of money culture and congress party have a habit of doing so and appeal not to lure on money culture.

There will election in 2019 and only few month remain for and after high court order we have never denied the area of getting schemes in SIDF and due to model code of conduct it have not been announced and development fund have been equally given like other.

There are 9 MLA in PPA, 1 in Congress, 2 Independent and BJP is 46 and 2 goes to poll and we will reach half century. Khandu said.

Development is made by the government headed by Chef Minister and council of Minister. And if my government did not do development as per commitment within 1 year inspite of BJP winning from Pakke-Kessang he will never come to Seijosa for asking for vote and said don’t give vote to BJP.

He elaborate about functioning of Divisional Commissioner East and West, creation of Lower Siang and Kamle and others issue.

 Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said that we would not announce any schema as model code of conduct is enforced. He said that the people of high expectation with the government and MP. The relationship between public and leader should be maintained in proper way so that the difference and result of the development need to be seen on the ground. There is no difference between Kameng Dolo and Biyuram Wage but today is the fight for development and BJP can deliver the good as state and centre is ruled by BJP.

He elaborated several issue including border dispute, fund related to Itakhola-Pakke Kessang road via Seijosa by NEC of 140 crore which sanctioned in 2015. Flood control issue of Seijosa and now the DPR is prepared and submitted to GOI of around 80 crore. Foothills area connectivity from Bhairabkund to Ruksin of industrial corridor and road connectivity and for prepare of DPR and for survey and investigation 20 crore have been approved earlier by GOI.

Referring to boundary issue he said that the case in under subjudice in supreme court and the report of Boundary Commission have also been submitted. If some local issue come up it need to be resolved locally and it should not be made a big issue for maintaining of good relationship with our neighbour.

Any religious issue and incident or accident should not be linked with religion and connect with communal issue.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein in his address recall his association with Late Dera Natung. He hailed the selection of Wage as Party nomination for the Pakke-Kessang and said that the exit Poll in Gujrat and Himachal Pradesh where BJP is leading. The BJP government is in centre as well in state. The issue of district creation would be done and the development scheme would be taken up in the budget and since due to model code of conduct and the development cannot be stopped and assured his all support for the development if the BJP candidate is elected.

Minister Home & RWD Kumar Waii in his address stressed on the development of Pakke-Kesang and assured his support being the Minister Incharge of the East Kameng district. He said that there are hardly  few days remaining for voting and all voters should support the ruling government so that development of the area is properly taken and he will remain as witness.

Minister UD, TP and Land Management Nabam Rebia spoke on the  maintenance of peace and tranquillity along the foothills of the border area. He said that we have to stand by the government for development. We should act and should go along the current of the river and support the best candidate. Referring Kameng Dolo as veteran and senior political leader and we should take young generation and it is the prime time to act by the voters of the constituency to chose the young candidate like BR Wage.

BJP candidate BR Wage in his address said that I will never denied for the development and it is the main target of our constituency. He assured development if he is elected. He said we need to support the government for all round development of the area. He also called upon all those who might be in the opposition camp to come back to BJP and cast their vote to the BJP party.

He said that he have been educated in this area and feel pity that the road from Itakhola to Pakke-Kessang via Seijosa is pathetic condition for years together and now the work is in progress.

He raised the Inter-state boundary issue and appeal the MOS (H) and Home Minister, CM & DCM to establish a police station at Dissing Passo Circle. He wanted the land protection issue of Seijosa township from Pakke river. Itanagar-Seijosa road and sadi that the work progress from Itanagar side is underway but not a single inch of work have been started from Seijosa side. He demanded full time power supply and mobile towers in the area. He with folded hand appeal the voters to support his candidature.

BJP President Tapir Gao, former Minister and Central Election campaign committee Chairman Talo Mugli, 12-Pakke-Kessang Assembly Constituency camping committee Member Tana Jerjo Tara among other address the gathering.

Lawmaker Mama Natung, Karya Bagang, Kento Rina, BJYM President Taring Teri, Senior leader Tame Phasang, Techi Necha, L.K Yangfo, BC Tok, Nani Lazi and members from all frontal wings of state unit and district unit among BJP workers from Seijosa, Dissiang Passo, Seijosa Circle and other parts of East Kameng district were seen at the rally site.
