Northeast idol 2019: 20 contestants selected for final round
During mega audition total of 57 contestant were participated. Three Judge’s of Mega Audition that was Amit Paul, Remanti Roy and Nabam James Bijnoo selected 20 contestant for final round

All total 20 contestants were selected from North Eastern states for final round of Northeast idol 2019, during mega audition held on Saturday at Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra, Guwahati.
During mega audition total of 57 contestant were participated. Three Judge’s of Mega Audition that was Amit Paul, Remanti Roy and Nabam James Bijnoo selected 20 contestant for final round
The mega audition was inaugurated by Bhabesh Kalita, Minister Irrigation (Independent), Govt. of Assam. Minster Kalita appreciates the Northeast idol organizer team for their noble works who is unite 8 states of northeast Indian through Music and providing platform to the youths of NE state and give his best wish to Committee of Northeast idol 2019 and he encouraged all contestants of the Arunachal, Assam, Meghalaya,Mizoram, Manipur ,Sikkim and Tripura.
Earlier Chairperson Nabam Amzi Tajo welcome Chief Guest, and also highlighted the motives of Idol.
The final competition will be held on month of October at Nirjuli.
Top 20 singers qualified from mega audition round at Guwahati are Riya Chowdhary from Assam, Meenam Goi from Arunachal Pradesh, Babita Thapa from Sikkim, Suraj Sewa from Sikkim, Devokanta Taid from Arunachal, Anup Tamang from Sikkim, Hidangmayum shrama from Tripura, Anura Roy from Tripura, Nikitha Debnath from Tripura, Trisha Kashyap form Assam, Swajit Biswas from Assam, Topas Debarma from Tripura, Likha Yari from Arunachal Pradesh, Bijay Dorjee from Arunachal, Tanvir Dey Sarkar from Assam, Bipul Singha from Tripura, Pritam Rai from Sikkim, Snigdha Roy from Aasam, Mayuri Chaudhary from Assam, Sishir Thatal from Sikkim
