Beauty does not always have to come at an exorbitant price, especially when talking about modern stylist building. That is visibly in testimony of the Multi Purpose Cultural Hall at Namsai which is an eye catching for everyone present on the occasion of National Press Day. The building is characterized by elaborate designing and ornamentation with a seating capacity of 350 people.

Wow..! It’s a masterpiece, we hardly find this type of masterwork in Arunachal not even in capital,” expresses one of the Journalist. Another utters I m jealous of this high class architect, it should have been built at our place.

We should build this type of infrastructure in other district too, the Gao suggests. “This is one of the most well – designed and beautiful building in Arunachal. Other district should follow the replica”, utters one of the officials in the state of anonymity.

This stylist work of art has been design or given shape by the M/S Atman Architects Guwahati (Assam) under SPA where 90% was borne by Central share. Considering intricacy, specialization, interior design and landscape development were creations of Atman Architects.

The latest architectural features and amenities incorporated in the hall so that it can be used as a seminar cum conference as and when required. Sprawling plinth area in framed structure is over 1332 Square meters approximately, reveals the Namsai EE PWD division.

Amidst galaxies of state dignitaries and PRESS personnel, Pema Khandu CM unveiled the hall here on 16th November on National Press Day. This beautiful and majestic centerpiece came up here in the north – easternmost state was heartily appreciated by the CM and termed it as a state asset and can be used in any calendar event.

I extend deep gratitude to those who directly involved in developing this hall including Chow Pintika Namchoom and Nang Sati Mein former MLA Namsai, lauds the CM further.

“It was an uphill task for creating asset of this kind under all odds. Its maintenance is equally challenging we need to revolve a contingency funds in order to upkeep this kind of masterpieces, says DCM Chowna Mein while extending appreciation to all those involved in creating asset of this stature.
