Itanagar: maintain cleanliness of state capital- Techi Kaso

Itanagar  is our capital city and we as a denizens are equally responsible to maintain its cleanliness and need to maintain the city as one of the best capital city- Techi Kaso

Parliamentary Secretary PWD, UD, ULB etc and local MLA Techi Kaso while giving away the prizes of winners of the grand finale  of Arunachal Young singing stars (AYSS) here at Siddhartha Hall on Sunday appeal the people of capital complex to maintain unity integrity and glory of the state capital Itanagar.

Kaso while attending the function as chief guest said that it is our capital city and we as a denizens are equally responsible to maintain its cleanliness and need to maintain the city as one of the best capital city.

While lauding the organising team for promotion of music Kaso said it is a good platform where the participants are below 17 years and it will go a long way in promotion of the music and culture of our state and the participants will get an opportunity to perform even at big platform in time to come. He hope that the government will also support such talent hunt programme.

Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan while addressing the function as guest of honour said that opportunity will never come until you approach. There are various opportunity for upcoming talented youths of state and region but sincerity, devotion and dedication is must otherwise one cannot reached to success. Apart of involving in such talent hunt programme the participants should also concentrate in their academic career. He also emphasis on maintaining the city neat and clean and proper utilisation of the dustbin without damaging it.

SP Capital Sagar Singh Kalsi, IMC Councillor Donik Tayu, Education Development Society Chairman Sanjay Dolo among other were present on the occasion.

Out of 5 finalist  Marken Lollen won the 1st Season of AYSS and returned home with 1lac cash prize of 1 lakh along with Certificate and Trophy and  Sonam Kumari stand on the 2nd place with 50,000/- cash prize while Nyonyok Talom got the 3rd prize with 30,000/- cash. and the remaining two contestants. Preety Rai and  Nabam Nima got the consolation prizes.

AYSS Organizing Chairman Kejum Payeng Cherom and  Organizing Secretary Techi Sunny Tara also address the function.

 A total Participated 100 from  capital complex and adjoining area which started  in March 26 of which audition were held on March 20 which mega audition began from April 1st.  A total of Five participate reached to the grand female which concluded on Sunday.
