Parliamentary Secretary (PWD, Town Planning, Urban development and Urban Local Bodies) and Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso today inaugurated approach road to Hochang Colony and a Community Hall at Forest Colony here today.
Inaugurating both project constructed at an estimate cost of 70 lakh and 20 lakh under SADA scheme respectively Kaso said that the population of Itanagar assembly constituency is around 2 lakh while there are more that Eighty Thousand voters in compare to other assembly constituency of state.
The fund if even equally distribute we received the same fund which may be received to other area of state and there are more than hundred colony/sector which equally require to be developed and got hampered.
He said that he have been working for the development of the capital complex and shall continue to work but need support and cooperation of the general public.
Responding to memorandum submitted by the Hochang Colony Development Committee and Hochang Youth Welfare Association Kaso said that he would request the government for extension of approach road and other infrastructure development if the local can provide sufficient land and space and requested the committee members to act upon immediately and submit proposal.
IMC Ward No-28 Councillor Tarh Kunia among other senor members and local leaders of the area also address the function.
