Computer training to 20 youth residing at Indo-Bhutan border area

One month computer training on software and hardware to 20 border youths of chirang and Kokrajhar districts bordering to Bhutan has been opened B. Choudhary, DC Kokrajhar at District computer centre, Kokrajhar on Tuesday. The training is organized by 16 Th BN of  SSB.

Welcoming the chief Guest and school children A K C SINGH, commandant conveyed special thanks to the Dy commissioner for encouraging the poor border youths as asked the youths to get maximum benefits out of the training in education,  IT, skill, professions, economy,  family and future careers avoiding wrong boots such as militancy and drugs activities.

Choudhary, DC appreciated 16 Th BN SSB for inviting him as the chief Guest in the special training program which will help in the all round development of the backward districts of BTAD areas. He stated that in the time of IT and demonetisation the border youths will get maximum benefits in building good country.

All the border youths have been introduced to the chief Guest . Among 20 youth  1 is Adivasi, 7 are Bodos and 12 are Gorkhas studied from class 6 to 10 standards. Rs 50000/  each for hardware and software computer training total Rs one lakh will be expended including fooding and training expenses. Lodging and accommodation will be provided free of cost by SSB to 20 youths. The program has been closed after vote of thanks by  Jasbir Singh, Dy Commandant, 16 Bn.
