CM Hope that  if the CT scanner facilities would available here in Pasighat, then it cater to the patients not only from Pasighat but even to people from neighbouring districts  also.

Also the availability of such services could open up employment opportunities for local doctors and shone their skills, said the CM.

For operation of the CT scan, the CM assured to provide one radiologist, one CT technician with degree in Bachelor in Radio Imagining Technology (BRIT) and two radiographers trained in CT scan operation, according to the requirement specified by the health authority.

On infrastructure support, he assured to provide funds for the main machine room, a console room and a doctor’s room with all air condition facility.

Every week, the hospital receives about 10-15 patients requiring the service of CT scan and the numbers could go high if people were to come from the  neighbouring districts, informed the health authority.
