Children of BRO labourers engaged in road construction not enrolled in School

The team member who are conducting door to door legal awareness campaign has found that the children of Labourers who working with Border Road Organisation ( BRO ) did not enrolled in the school due to non availability of transportation and school is far away from the resident.

These labourers are engaged for Road construction work  of different projects of National Highway and Trans Arunachal Highway.

 

Atum Lamnio Retainer a resource person along with Para legal volunteers at Bishum phudung and other team member under Dirang sub division, while they coming back to Bomdila they have  a conversation with BRO labours and found that most of the children of BRO labours did not enrolled in the school due to non availability of transportation and school is far away from the resident.

Advocate Mohan Debisaw, Advocate Ajit Rigisow and Advocate Ajay Rigisow represented as resource person along with Para legal volunteers at Bhalukpong ( GREF camps ), during the interacting with BRO Lobours, they found that these labours are unable to know even their signatures, all the labours are did not saw the door of schools, the age group ranges between 15 years to 56 years.
