Big News: Pul release Rs 1009.84 lakhs for SSA teachers Salaries

In a breather to the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) teachers, Chief Minister Kalikho Pul has today released Rs 1009.84 lakhs to reimburse their pending salaries.

Pertinently, the CM had raised the issue of pending salaries of SSA teachers with the Union Human Resource Development Minister, Smriti Irani, during his recent visit to New Delhi.

He had sought early release of funds from the centre for the purpose as SSA teachers in the state were without salaries for the past several months.
