Khonsa- Ultra Sonography machine installed in general hospital

ADC Techu Aran on Thursday  installe a  Uutra Sonography machine in Khonsa General Hospital.  During this occasion Aran said that installation of Ultra Sonography at General Hospital  will immensely benefits the denizens of Tirap District in particular and nearby villages of counterparts district Longding. He also appreciated Local MLA Wanglam Sawin for his constant support in bringing Ultra Sonography in reality. Medical Superintendent Dr. K. Socia highlighted about the shortage of special doctors and equipment of OT due to which major operation couldn’t be attend till now.

Itanagar- ANSU appeal Education Minister to postponed APTET

A delegation of  All Nyishi Students Union (ANSU) meet the Minister Education at his official bungalow for postponement of Arunachal Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (APTET)· As earlier announced the date 17th December 2017 is coinciding with the National Eligibility Test (NET) Examination. Minister Education Honchun Ngandam have assured to postpone the APTET Examination in view that many students specially PG are also going to sit for APTET exam and facing problems due to time coincidence a release from All Nyishi Student Union said.

Itanagar- Zero tolerance against illegal encroachers

The District Administration today demolished one illegal structure that was taking shape at Tennis Court IG Park where an illegal post was being erected. The DA also carried out eviction near Niti Vihar Gate where construction materials were gathered to start an illegal construction. The Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex  Prince Dhawan IAS has time and again stressed that the District Administration has zero tolerance against such illegal encroachment and has asked the encroachers to refrain from indulging in such illegal activities or else such illegal encroachers would be dealt with an iron fist.

Itanagar-  Meeting conducted for Swavalamban Yojana

The interview for the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swalamban Yojona Scheme was conducted today in the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex . After the interview, 15 applicants were recommended to the State Level Screening Committee and 7 applicants were asked to rework their proposal in coordination with the nodal officer and to resubmit along with the required documents. Aalo- Second Edition of Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy

The Second Edition of Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy for Football and Volleyball for men and women at constituency, district and State level was formally launched by Parliamentary Secretary for Sports and youth Affairs, Nyamar Karbak amid fanfare at Aalo general Ground today.  Addressing the gathering,  Karbak said that this tournament is named after late Hangpan Dada, the illustrious army men from our state who laid down his life fighting against the insurgent to safeguard our motherland.

Itanagar-  Newly washroom at Dera Natung Govt. College,

Dr. Tayek Talom, Director Higher & Technical Education cum State Project Director RUSA inaugurated the newly constructed washroom for boys and girls students at Dera Natung Govt. College, on 30th November, 2017. The well equipped separate washroom for boys and girls students has been constructed from RUSA fund. While congratulating the college community on addition of this new asset, Dr. Talom asked the students to use it carefully and always keep the washroom neat and clean to have a hygienic environment in the college.

Changlang- Workshop on Measles-Rubella vaccination campaign

The District Health Society, Changlang in collaboration with the WHO organised one day’s District Planning Workshop and TOT for Measles-Rubella vaccination campaign for in-charge Medical Officers of all the health facilities in the district here at Circuit house today.  DMO Dr Karrick Basar in his key note address sought cooperation from the key departments like Department of ICDS, Education, etc and PRI members for successful implementation of the programme. Dr Basar also briefed on child mortality due to Measles and effects of Rubella infections .
