Pasighat- Lombo Tayeng Visited Villages

MLA cum Advisor to Chief Minister, Lombo Tayeng visited Seram, Kongkul and Namsing villages on Friday. PRI leaders and village heads presented their grievances before the Lombo Tayeng and sought help for construction of river embankment at Siang river side, building of community/cultural hall and school quarters etc. On his part, Tayeng gracefully accepted the genuine demand and appeal of the common public assured funds for the purposes. While at Namsing village, Tayeng sanctioned additional Rs. 7 lakhs funds for ongoing flood control measures taken up by the villagers at Namsing side making it to Rs. 10 lakhs (Rs. 2 lakhs sanctioned by him previously and Rs. 1 lakh from ADC Mebo).

Pasighat-  Charging of Pasighat-Roing Transmission Line

In view of the test charging of the 132 KV Pasighat-Roing Transmission Line , the East Siang District Administration has cautioned the people of East Siang, particularly Mebo Sub-Division and Pasighat area to avoid unauthorized climbing of Tower or contact with conductor or parts, which pose risk to life and safety. It is informed that the voltage line of 132 Pasighat-Roing Transmission Line is very high i.e. 132000 volts, it will be very dangerous to come into direct/indirect contact with the line.

Jairampur-  RKMMS organises English Speaking Course 

One month Spoken English Course (Advance) organized by R.K. Mossang Memorial Society from 1st of April 2017 where 30 nos. of teacher from KGBV Maganton, KGBV Lolnung, KGBV Changlang, RMSA Lonlung, RK. Mossang Memorial Society School, Elementary Residential School & R.K. Mossang Memorial Secondary School participated. Arup Kumar Choudhury, Secretary warmly welcome the participants followed by briefing by Miss Komoli Mosang, Chairperson, She told the participants that they should be grateful to the NGO that with a little resource this course has been organized by the NGO.  She had briefly told the benefits of speaking good English. By their learning, the students of their respective schools shall also benefited,  She narrated.

Jairampur- RKMMS Organises Training programme on Animal Husbandry and Dairy

A Training programme on Animal Husbandry and Dairy was organized by R.K Mossang Memorial Society in collaboration with NERCORMP Changlang on Friday. NaRM-Gs and SHGs of Jairampur and Manmao block under NERCORMP Changlang were participated in Jairampur in the Training Programme . Sri Arup Kumar Choudhury, Secretary of the NGO had warmly welcome all the office bearers of NaRM-Gs and SHGs of Jairampur and Manmao block. The programme was started with small round of introduction.  Dr. D. Techai, Veterinary officer, Nampong, was the resource person of the training programme he had briefly explain about the pig farming in details among the participants. He had explained how to use medicine and how to prevent our pigs from getting diseases.

Aalo-  Second day of Mopin Celebration

The second day  of the Mopin celebration at Gumin Kiin witnessed Games and Sports Activities which was inaugurated by West Siang Additional Deputy Commissioner  Nyiken Lollen on 31st March last. Lollen exhorted the participants to take five days long event in its true spirit. The competition includes Volley Ball for Men, Women, Boys and Girls, Tag of War, Blind Hit and Wide range of other traditional sports. Tumto Lollen DDSE Aalo, Shri Doi Ado Ex Minister, Taw Tabin and Rising Sun Academy Kidzee Aalo are sponsoring the event wise games and sports competition.

Yupia- Training cum workshop on KAYAKALP

The District Health Society Papum Pare , Yupia had organised one day  training cum workshop on KAYAKALP for the members of Infection Control Committee of District Hospital, Community Health Centre( CHC) and Primary Health Center (PHCs) on Friday.   Addressing the gatherings DR (Mrs) Tasso Kampu, District Medical Officer papum Pare District, called upon the members to take benefit of the training programme said that meaning of Kayakalp itself is the transformation and hence every member must ensure that cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere are maintained in hospital premises and further inform that there is provision to recognised best hospitals under Kayakalp programme with KAYAKALP Award. She further requested all the participants to sincerely work in the subject and ensures every facility to implement the Kayakalp.

Arunachal- State News in Brief,Bomdila- DC visits Cloudburst Site 

In order to know the ground realities, Deputy Commissioner West Kameng Sonal Swaroop rushed to Dirang ADC headquarter this morning that lies 48 kilometers ahead of Bomdila where the cloud burst had occurred in the late afternoon the day before. The DC inspected all the areas and infrastructures affected or damaged and assured all possible help from the District administration. She directed the ADC Dirang to constitute a Board immediately to assess the actual loss on the ground. The preliminary survey of loss in connection with the government properties was marked at 60.00 lacs whereas that of private property came to 32.00 lacs approximately. She was accompanied by ADC Dirang, EE (PHED) Bomdila and public during the inspection.
