Arunachal: Sarkar Aap ke Dwar held at Kakoi Village in Papum Pare

A total of 30 departments took participated in Sarkar Apke Dwar’ –Govt at your doorstep at  Kakoi  village under Kimin Sub-Division.

Papum Pare District administration  successfully conducted ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ –Govt at your doorstep at  Govt Secondary School, Kakoi  under Kimin Sub-Division  today on 28th  Sept’2018. Sarkar Apke Dwar is ambitious programme of  Govt to reach out to common man in one platform.

The camp was inaugurated by the Head Gaon Bura,  Tarak Pinn, in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare  Dr. Joram Beda, IAS, all heads of department, admin officers and general public.

People in large number visited the camp to avail various services from various villages of Kakoi circle. As many as 30 departments took participated in the camp and provide their best services to the public.

Health departments witnessed  many visitors from public and registered 123 OPD cases. They were screened for  Non Communicable Disease (NCD) for lifestyle diseases like  Diabetes, Hypertension  and cardiovascular disease along with ECG facilities and BMI, blood Hemoglobin and grouping facility,  eye screening test, fitness certificates for Driving License. Under National Health Mission and  National Vector Born Diseases Control programme  IEC, awareness on prevention of Malaria, Dengue and Spot Blood Slide collection, awareness on  family planning and  IDCF were also conducted by  free distribution of ORS, Albendazole, tablets, condoms, pregnancy test kits, IEC materials. Under full incentivisation scheme 06 mothers were given dummy cheques and registered 04 under  Dulari Kanya Scheme.

Under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMVVY) 06  mothers were distributed dummy cheques of Rs.1000, 25 Nos registered for Chief Minister’s Disability Pension Schemes  by Deputy Director ICDS Smt. Dani Yami and her team besides that IEC materials  on National Social Assistance programme(NSAP), protection of children from sexual abuse,  Beti Bachao Beti Padao, Sexual Harassment of women at working place Act 2013, protection of women from domestic violence Act 2005 and scheme for adolescent girls were also distributed for awareness.

District Food and Civil Supplies deptt under  DF &CSO Honik Bayang gave away Free LPG connections to 30 new beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY). In addition, the department issued Adhaar card linked  ration cards to 73 beneficiaries,  16 ration card renewed, Adhaar  card seeding 58 Nos,  34 new PMUY connections and 23 new ration cards were also initiated by the department.

Education Department also distributed free 10 uniforms, 50 audio-visuals, 50 phamplets, interacted with 30 parents and 20 career counseling conducted.

The fishery department distributed fingerlings to 10 progressive. Horticulture departments registered 41 Nos of farmers in HortNet and tools and implements, pesticides, bio fertilizers were sold on subsidized rate. 112 farmers benefited from Agriculture Department. Veterinary department also conducted on the spot check up of 50 domestic animals, vaccinated 12 Nos of Foot and Mouth Diseases comprising 10 Mithuns and 2 cows and 70 farmers were given awareness on livestock insurance.

DRDA under PD,DRDA  M. Loyi handed over Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) completed house key to 02  beneficiaries, 14 job cards issued, and initiated for 15 Nos of job cards.  Textile and Handicrafts Department issued 04 Nos of Artisan Identity Cards, initiated 07 Nos of Deen Dayal Bunkar Yojana and 03 Yarn Passbook. Department of Industries registered State Subsidy investment 03 and 10 Nos of  PMEGP. Legal Metrology Department also conducted 44 verification and stamping of weights, measures, weighing and measuring equipments for commercial transaction, 50 brief deliberation on MRP and misleading advertisement, 15 counselings and guidance for consumer disputes redressal mechanisms.

PHE & WS, Yupia department water quality testing done for 34 samples  and Power deptt issued application for 04 new electricity  connections. Under Financial Literacy Camp  conducted by SBI and APRB opened  25 Nos Jan Dhan Yojana account, 10 Nos of Ru Pay Card distributed, 05 Atal Pension Scheme, 15 PM Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, 20 PM Suraksha Bima Yojana,12 BHIM applications registered.

Under CMAAY 150 forms initiated by Circle Officer Yakar Dawe and her team. Police department counter also issued 01 Character certificate and 01 loss certificate.

APEDA Department sold 333 bulbs and 20 fans under Ujjala Scheme, Economic and  Statistics department enrolled  116 Nos of Adhaar cards.

The Election Branch, Yupia  under Smti Kapter Ringu EAC cum ERO (Hq) also registered 02 NVSP online registration, 12 SSR claims, 30 Govt employees were trained   on EVM and VVPAT and conducted 50 SVEEP.

Labour and Employment department registered beneficiaries were  distributed 04 solar lamp,  and 15 rain coats and  30 new beneficiaries registered. Rural Self Employment Training Institute, Doimukh also registered trainees  under various discipline; Piggery  05, Poultry 03, electrical wiring 02, Pisciculture 08, Computer 07 and computer repairing 05. Customer Service Point (CSC) counter also initiated 05 Pan cards.

Jan Suvidha Branch counter also  issued  ST 08, PRC 05, Birth Certificate 19, Birth Affidavit 07, 01  Arm License  and 01 Marriage registration initiated.

EAC Judicial cum DTO Papum Pare Smti Kapter Ringu issued 13 nos of learners certificate  and Land Management Department also issued 30 NOs of applications of  LPC,  01 Arm license renewal and 01 marriage certificates application initiated by Judicial Branch, District  Disaster Management department also issued relief  to 11 beneficiaries, 400 IEC materials districted and conducted 70 mock drills and Tax and Excise Department  gave awareness on GST and 04 DDOs registered for GST.

12Bn NDRF also put up the exhibition of  tools and equipments of relief and rescue operations during any disaster and conducted awareness on disaster preparedness and   cleanliness drive on the spot.

Deputy Commissioner Dr.Joram Beda, IAS, ADC (Hq) Tabang Bodung, SDO (Hq), and SDO Kimin  administered the distribution ceremony.
