Arunachal: Rijiju, Gao and Jomoh filed Nominations for LS seat

Kiren Rijiju, Tapir Gao  and Romak Jomoh filed nominations for LS seats, 60 other candidates field their nomination for assembly election.

Union Minister of state for Home Kiren Rijiju, Independent candidate Romak Jamoh today filed their nomination for 1 Arunachal West parliamentary constituency while former member of parliament and state BJP president Tapir Gao candidate from 2 Arunachal East parliamentary constituency today.

Addressing the media person Additional Chief Election Officer (ACEO) Kangki Darang inform that three candidates for two seat have field their nomination today. Kiren Rijiju from BJP and One Independent candidate Romak Jamoh have field their nomination at Aalo while BJP candidate Tapir Gao have field his nomination at Tezu.

Darang said that more than sixty nomination by various candidates for assembly election have also field for various assembly constituency. The candidate are from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Indian National congress (INC), Janata Dal (United), Janata Dal (Secular), National Peoples party (NPP), Janata Dal (Secular) and one independent candidate.

The prominent which field their nomination are former Chief Minister Gegong Apang of Janata Dal (Secular) from 34 Tuting-Yingkiong assembly constituency in Upper Siang district, former Home Minister and sitting MLA from 22 Nacho assembly constituency in Upper Subansiri district as congress candidate, former Minister Nyato Regia as BJP candidate from 23 Taliha assembly constituency in Upper Subansiri district, former Minister   Atum Welly as INC candidate from 12 Pakke-Kessang assembly constituency, senior BJP leader Japu Deru from 7 Bomdila in West Kameng district while sitting MLA Kumsi Sidisow from 6 Thrizino-Buragoan as BJP candidate in West Kameng district.

Sitting MLA and speaker T N Thongdok field his nomination from 5 Kalaktang and sitting MLA from Dirang Phurpa Tsering field his nomination as BJP candidate, NPP spokes person and sitting MLA Muchu Mithi field his nomination from 43 Roing assembly constituency. Other field their nomination which include minister Alo LIbang, Sitting MLA Biyuram Wahge, former minister Tsering Gyurme, Aju Khunjuju, Nakap Nalo, Tania Soki, Maga Teti, Takum Kabak, Rode Bui.
