The Rajiv Gandhi University Research Scholars’ Form (RGURSF), after the expiry of its one-year tenure on January 28 this year, reconstituted the forum here on Wednesday with the induction of a new executive body headed by Reken Lollen and Prem Taba as the Chairman and General Secretary respectively.
