The IAF will fly 32 polling personnel to Vijoynagar for four PBs on any day during April 4 to 6; state’s Mi-172 of Sky One Airways Pvt. Ltd will fly 112 polling personnel in six trips with 20 persons in each trip to Pipsoarng during April 4 & 5 for eight PBs while same copter will transport 52 polling personnel for five PBs in Taksing along China border. The chopper with only 13 persons in each four trips will fly considering the high altitude, he disclosed.

The mission to transport polling teams and materials will begin from April 4 next ms but in case of prevailing bad weather all polling teams to above three air-fed stations would begin foot march on April 6 next, he said. That is why CEO Tayeng responding to questions from this correspondent  recently had said that alternative arrangements would be in place in case of bad weather.

However, many a star campaigners of different parties are scheduled to campaign in the state. As they are most likely to use helicopter, their campaign itinerary would be upset if bad weather condition prevails.
