Arunachal: NPP Condemn the killing of its supporter in Khonsa

An FIR has been lodged at Police Station Khonsa by the Mrs Chathien Anna wife of late Jaley Anna and NPP District President Naklam Besai.

National People’s Party (NPP) Arunachal Pradesh strongly condemn the incident that took place at Khonsa in Tirap District on 29th March 2019 between 9.30 PM to 10.40 PM. It is reported that some group of unknown people came to the house of late Jaley Anna and  Khamney Aboh of Kheti Village at around 9.30 PM and pick them up to some distance place from the village and beaten them badly and drop back near the village at around 10.30 PM.

Knowing the incident the villagers immediately took them to the Khonsa District Hospital but unfortunately late Jaley Anna succumb   to the merciless beating by one Eli Ketok of NSCN (IM) and his group.

The name of Eli Ketok was mentioned by late Jaley Anna before his last breath because Eli Ketok and Late Jaley Anna are from the same Kheti village, and the condition of Khamney Aboh is critical.

Both late  Jaley Anna and Khamney Aboh of Kheti Village are strong supporter of Tirong Aboh (MLA) NPP contesting MLA Candidate of  56-Khonsa West Assembly Constituency.

In the interest of the people of Tirap, Chanlang and Londing District in particular and Arunachal Pradesh in general, the State NPP Arunachal Pradesh urge upon all the political parties not  to involve any kind of underground elements in electoral politics rather we should try to gain the sympathy of the people through our hard work and connectivity with the grass root people with our clear vision of state development, peace and harmony in the society.

Peace in the society is the key to bring about all round development of the state.

The National People’s Party (NPP) Arunachal Pradesh shares the pain and sorrow with the family members and relatives of late Jaley Anna due to unfortunate lost of their dear one. His untimely death is a great loss to the society and his family.

The state National People’s Party (NPP) prayed to Almighty God for his eternal peace in heavenly kingdom and bestows strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable loss cause to them and also pray for early recovery of Khamney Aboh of Kheti Village who is in critical condition in the hospital.
