Arunachal: NDRF organises awareness and school safety programme
NDRF organised series of awareness and school safety programme in various schools and govt institutions in Tawang district.

A series of awareness and school safety programme were conducted in last few days in various schools and govt institutions in Tawang district by the 12th Bn National disaster response force (NDRF) doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh in collaboration with District disaster management authority Tawang.
The awareness programme were given at seru secondary school on 30th Nov, at Secondary school Kitpi, on 3rd Dec DC office Tawang, on 4th Dec at Town Secondary school, on 5th dec at Govt Hr. Sec school Tawang, on 5th Dec, Secondary school Bomba on 6th Dec, and Higher secondary school Lungla on 7th December 2018.
At Lungla Higher secondary school the students and participants were given training on fire safety techniques methods on search and rescue and first aid. Tsangpa Tashi DDMO Tawang coordinated the entire programme.
The NDRF team also took active participation during celebration of 10th Maitree Diwas, conducted recently in Tawang.
