Arunachal: Mass Rally against Kani and Drug Abuse

women society of Bank Colony Khonsa in association District Administration, Tirap APP, Churches Association from different denominations, ATDSU, Nocte Women Society, Kheti Women Welfare Society, and various other organisations on Friday took out a Mass Rally Drugs & Kani abuse
The rally was carried out from Bank Colony to General Hospital, Khonsa via Khonsa Market.
Speaking on the occasion Tirap DC P.N Thungon and SP Jitendra Kr Meena, IPS said ‘Zero Tolerance to Drugs, Kani, Tobacco and Alcohol abuses in the district”.
DMO Dr. Neeba Lowang emphasized over health hazardous of drugs & Kani menace and appealed all to live a hygienic life.
ADC Techu Aran and former Lazu Block ZPM Azet Humtok also spoke about Kani & Drugs as illegal against law and the society in Noctes & Ollo respectively.
Earlier the aims and objectives of the rally and slogans was briefed by President WABC Julie Humtok and WSBC Secretary Mrs Santhan Wangno.
