Arunachal: ILP checking drive continue all over state

Arunachal Police has become active in checking people staying in the state without Inner land Permit ( ILP ).  ILP checking drive first starting at longding in Arunachal ,  now in Bomdila and even in Capital complex, the  police detained a large number of persons having no proper ILP.

Today,  more than a dozen people who didn’t have an ILP were detained  by police in Holingi check post.

46 people without inner line permits (ILP) were detained on the first day of the ILP checking drive in West Kameng district on Sunday.  They were later deported from the state.

The checking drive was carried out in all the border areas of the district, following instruction from the deputy commissioner to this effect.

Dirang police also started checking Inner Land Permit ( ILP ) in and around the Town , many people without ILP were caught by Police and taken to police custody for checking .

The drive was also carried out at Kalaktang  and  Bhalukpong  by the respective administrative officers, with assistance from the police.
