Arunachal: First time the swearing ceremony held outside Rajbhawan

First time in the history of state, the swearing ceremony of the state cabinet is being held outside the Rajbhawan. This time the swearing ceremony is being held at the auditorium of Dorjee Khandu state convention centre here at IG Park where all arrangement have been done.

Governor, Brig. (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) will administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Chief Minister Pema Khandu and his cabinet colleague which will takes place at around 12.05 hours.

A high level source of state government said that almost all arrangement have been completed. Several dignitaries which include chief Minister of Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Assam and Tripura are also coming to attend the programme.

BJP leader and Assam senior cabinet Minister Hemanta Bishwasharma, BJP North East In-charge Ram Madhav will also attend the function.

Both members of Parliament which include State BJP President Tapri Gao, KIren Rijiju will also be present on the occasion.

As per reliable source around eleven hundred invitation card have been issued so far to the invitees who will witness the ceremony.

Capital SP Tumme Amo inform that elaborate security arrangement have also been made for the swearing ceremony at DK Convention Centre and its adjoining area.
