Arunachal: Army provides succour to civilians in remote villages along India-China border

Indian Army provides succour to civilians residing in remote villages along India-China border in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh.

Acute medical emergency cases from Sinchun and Tenga villages of Rupa Sub Division in West Kameng district were provided with ICU facilities in Military Hospital, Dahung on 14 May. Army doctors under the aegis of Ball of Fire Division have been providing instant medical treatment to critical civil patients hailing from West Kameng district.

The area of West Kameng district is inhospitable and extremely remote.  It lacks basis medical treatment facilities.The Military Hospital located near Dahung Village of Rupa Sub Division is the only hope for critical cases requiring medical attention.

This humane gesture of Army in times of need goes a long way in building strong Civil-military relationship in the sensitive border areas in Arunachal Pradesh.
